WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • All projects are reviewed and accepted based on Stacys’ discretion and general availability.

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is collected to solidify all commissions. Time of completion is set at 4-8 weeks.

  • After receiving general information via email, a call or meeting may be scheduled to discuss your commission details further.

  • Progress is shared throughout the creative process, and adjustments/requests are accepted during this time.

  • Upon completion, pictures will be sent for review. If any alterations are requested, they will then be completed & submitted back for final review.

  • All artwork is insured and shipped to you within 7 days of receiving final payment. A signature can be required upon request.

  • At the bottom of this page you can find the form to subscribe! You will receive an email to asking to CONFIRM sign-up. Email may be located in spam folder until confirmation.

  • All purchases tend to ship within a week of purchase, though we ask you allow up to 14 days to receive tracking info. All orders are insured for their total value. To request a signature upon delivery please email stacykpaints@gmail.com.

  • Yes! Whether you have an original idea you want brought to life, or you’re interested in a past style, most anything is possible. Commissions are accepted under Stacy’s discretion. Please visit the CUSTOM tab for information on process and pricing.

  • Absolutely! A 20% non-refundable deposit is collected up front to solidify all commissions. Turn around time is set at 6-8 weeks, though at times completed sooner. Payments may be made at any time during the process! Final payment is due 12 weeks from the initial date of commission.

  • Yes! The majority of Stacy’s stretched canvas pieces have hand built frames. If you’re interested in having a custom frame built for a piece that does not have one stated in the listing, please email us at stacykpaints@gmail.com.

  • Yes, Stacy has traveled out of state to complete murals and other installation projects! If you’re interested in additional information or pricing, please email stacykpaints@gmail.com. Thank you!

  • Absolutely! There is an option for local pick up at checkout. Please contact stacykpaints@gmail.com to schedule your pick up after the purchase is completed.
